Japanese Exhausts

Alloy and stainless steel sports mufflers custom built to order. We do not mass produce systems at all so subsequently are not jigged up for many models. However we are prepared to jig up for any reasonable request. There are a few models such as CBR 600 and R6 that accept slip ons that we can supply easily with 100mm outside diameter alloy or stainless mufflers.

High level pipes and special one off systems can be built on the bike to any specifications.

Drag pipes, Megaphones, Extractor systems can be fabricated from scratch.

Standard mufflers on a large variety of bikes can be modified to create a better note at a fraction of the cost of new pipes. This includes sports bikes such as TL / VTR 1000, R1 & Ducatis; cruisers like VT 750, XVS 650 and VN 800/ 1500. Even dirt bikes -: KTM 520, WR 400, TTR 600 & XR 650

Most exhausts can be modified for a fraction of the cost of replacements and our range of bikes is expanding everyday.

REDLINE EXHAUSTS carries out extensive repairs to 2 stroke dirt bike chambers. In some cases the bike is needed to re-align the pipe however one off jigs can be built at a small cost.

Sports systems from any manufacturer can be rebuilt or repaired. Scratched mufflers can be reskinned or repaired and polished.
